Pack with Care
Place the eyewear in its original protective case and box, ensuring all cleaning cloths, certificates of authenticity, and tags are included.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a complimentary courier pickup from your delivery address within 24 to 48 hours.
Quality Check & Refund
After our specialists inspect the returned frames, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
